Returns Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, including a hassle-free returns policy. This policy outlines your rights as a consumer when returning goods purchased from CuCu Home online store.

Your Right to Cancel

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. This means you can return the goods for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as when you received them (with all original labels, packaging, and in an unused and non-damaged condition).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing us at hello@cucuhome.com.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the despatch point.

Conditions for Returning Goods

To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. This means that they must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We cannot refund goods that have been altered in any way. We also cannot refund goods that are missing any parts, such as tags or accessories.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed to the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.

Exclusions

There are a few exceptions to our returns policy. We cannot accept returns for:

• Goods that are custom-made or personalised
• Goods that are perishable or subject to rapid deterioration
• Goods that are sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery
• Gift cards
